The Client 🙂 

Our focus is on those we serve, our clients. Delivering top-notch service and offering valuable second opinions are the primary goals of our approach. Therefore, we extend the following terms to our clients: 

Service

1. If a resource person cannot provide a satisfactory opinion, the full amount will be reimbursed within the next 2 working days Once you fill and send back the feedback form and submit it to us. You have to submit your feedback requesting reimbursement with in 1 week of the call. 

• This will not be applicable in Urgent plan 

2. We highly encourage you to submit a feedback form once you get a service from us. 

3. If you cannot attend a scheduled meeting/call, it can be rescheduled up to 2 times without any additional pay. You will be charged an additional Rs. 200 for the 3rd reschedule.

4. The resource person has the right to end the conversation when it exceeds the agreed time. 

5. All requests after 9 pm will be processed after 8 am in the next day

The Resource Person 😎 

The resource person plays a vital role in offering valuable insights to our clients, making them the second most crucial segment of our platform. To ensure both the client receives optimal service and the resource person benefits fairly, the following terms will apply: 

Field Experience 

1. Should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience to be eligible to provide a second opinion. 

2. The resource person should be able to provide the necessary materials to prove their experiences in the applied field.

3. The resource person should allow us to evaluate their knowledge and expertise before listing them on the platform. 

4. In case of any rejection, one can apply for reconsideration with additional information to prove  

Payment 

1. 18% commission(Rs.500×18% = Rs.90) on every service provided will be charged.

2. The service provider will get the rest 82% (Rs.500×82% = Rs.410) as per your earnings. 

3. The above commission will not be charged for the first 3 completed services. 

4. We calculate your star rate based on the feedback from your customers.

5. All the customer feedback will be sent to you and you can further improve your service and advance your packages. 

6. If you cannot provide a satisfactory opinion, and if you agree to return the payment, that specific review will not affect your overall star rate or further consultation.

7. If we receive more than 3 unsatisfactory feedback, you will be received a warning and once we receive 5 unsatisfactory feedback we will temporarily hold your gig.

8. Cancelled gigs can only be revoked after an evaluation done by us.

Rating 

1. We try to maintain the initial rate when you join the platform to be ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5). 

• If you have a professional qualification and a valid licence/membership in the field you applied for, you will receive 1.5 starts. ⭐⭐ (1.5/5)

• If you have earned experience of more than 3 years in the field you applied for, you will receive 1.5 starts.⭐⭐ (1.5/5)

• If you own a professional qualification and valid licence/membership and have experience of 3 years or more in the field you applied for, you will receive 3 starts. ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)

• If you have earned experience of more than 10 years in the field you applied for, you will receive 3 starts.

• If you have earned experience of more than 10 years with professional qualifications in the field you applied for, you will receive 4 starts.

• If you have earned experience of more than 20 years in the field you applied for, you will receive 3 starts.⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

• The maximum number of stars you can get is 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

2. If we receive 10 feedbacks of satisfactory levels 3,4,5 you can earn 0.5 starts 

3. If we receive 5 feedbacks of satisfactory levels 1,2 you lose 0.5 starts 

4. Accumulated star points will be considered as the final star point

General Terms and Conditions 

Use of the Website

a. You must be at least 20 years old to use our website or make purchases.

b. We currently do not maintain user accounts. But all the transactions and services we provide are recorded and can be referred to later.  

c. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout process.

d. You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Product Information and Pricing

a. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

b. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Scheduled sessions and Payments

a. By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected service.

b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order/scheduled appointment for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

c. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total order/scheduled appointment amount to your chosen payment method.

d. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of the2ndopinion.net or its licensors.

b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall the2ndopinion.net, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase and use of our products.

b. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the services offered on our website.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
